Grasshopper

This is my first real experimentation with Rhino and Grasshopper. I imported a basic form made up of planes from 3ds Max. i added a subdivide modifier before converting to DXF(i think?) and importing into Rhino. from here I've played around trying to create a pt which will connect each point from the selected surfaces to give the idea of a roof suspended from one point. I then bridged this point with a line and piped it to create a column.
