ReplyDeleteIt seems like it is all getting somewhere. I think it would be good for you to begin identifying programmatic relationships within the platforms. I think subconsciously you are already doing this, however it would be easier to read and understand if you began to use the model in a diagrammatic way, perhaps by assigning different colors or textures to the platforms in relation to their use. I look forward to seeing this develop.

Thanks glenda, will do. At the moment my current model is only one manipulated object (a plane). In the past my file sizes have become so large that they become unusable, unstable, and impossible to transfer beetween softwares, so i'm trying to keep this as simple as possible, so when utlilising rhino and grasshopper i still have quite a bit of control without making it to overcomplicated. I'll knock something up though.
